My journey into dog training began in 2018, when I moved to Puerto Rico and started volunteering at local shelters. Day after day, I saw dogs surrendered or left behind because their families couldn’t manage their behavior. Many of these dogs were fearful, anxious, or reactive and too often, they were out of chances. That experience left a mark on me and sparked a passion I knew I had to follow.

Determined to make a difference, I immersed myself in learning. I worked hands-on with countless dogs, studied under trainers who specialized in fear and aggression, and explored a wide range of training styles. Over the years, I gained a deep understanding of both the challenges dogs face and the struggles their families experience.

Still, something was missing. While each method taught me valuable lessons, none provided the full picture I needed to truly help dogs succeed in everyday life. That changed when I discovered the Training Without Conflict® methodology. For me, it was the missing piece, confirming what I had already seen firsthand: dogs thrive when training is built on trust, cooperation, and clear communication. With Training Without Conflict®, I was able to refine and complete my approach, blending its principles with the knowledge I had gained from years of real-world experience.

In 2023, I brought Zack’s Pack to the Tampa Bay area with one mission: to give families and their dogs the tools, structure, and understanding they need to live calmer, happier lives together.
